hi guys i hope someone could spread some light on a situation causing a friend of mine much distress, whats the most power you can achieve with the standard mannifold fitted, any help on this would be great, thanks guys

Inlet or exhaust manifold? Heard of people getting near 300bhp (all be it with NOS) with standard inlet and and exhaust manifolds. From the looks of of things though the standard exhaust manifold looks so restrictive its horrid!

lol never thought of that, (it was late and i had been to the pub) but i would assume exhaust manifold seeing as there ain't many intake manifold upgrades

it does look restrictive but when you consider the turbo it tends to be not that bad, if i went bigger turbo (not a k03s) id get a new exhaust manifold

The ATP one looks good but the two end ports face eachothr and may not work aswell as if there was a deflector in there.
To answer the queton i recon up to 250BHP you should be ok.

ahhhhhhh

i wasnt aware of anyone running one with a stock manifold though?

Dave got an ATP, who ever bought martyns friends with am04 has the a&m one too i think?
