standard power output FR170

i was recently on the REVO technik website and they claim that the mk2 leon FR170 puts out 191 bhp as standard :-s

is this correct and im reading it wrong??

When you put one on a rolling road you get about that at standard, from what i've read!

Mine was about that when I put it on RR. Vw have very modest power claims for it's tdi engines.

some engines do give over power, some dont .... no real rules to it, just luck of the draw really.

but its also the drivability and how the power is held for longer through out the rev range which also counts

dont for get the all important torque figure (from 289 up to 325) thats the 1 to count and as said before its how the performance is delivered.

No wrong!!! Its states on the website +25bhp and +35lb/ft torque. Do what i have done and get our car RR'd before you the map then decide if you want it done, As.. don't forget your clutch is rated at 300lb/ft torque.

There website states 191bhp as that's what there car come out at on the RR.
