standard wheels rubbing on coilys!!

got standard 16" cupra wheels on my car and its rubbing... its quite low on coilys but i was suprised it rubbed on standard wheels
iv heard i need 20mm spacers from a guy i know
is this true and hubcentric i assume?
is it front and rear i need them?
best place/cheapest??

well

i was running quite low on my old ibiza and to stop rubbing i have 3mm on the fronts. the rears did rub a bit.. put 15mm spacers on the rear.

hubcentric is correct, dont get anything else but.
