Tbh if the car wasn't spot on after the first accident why did you carry on driving it? I definitely wouldn't have carried on driving it and would've had it recovered to the garage that the work was carried out at.
tbh that doesnt look to bad, no air bag has gone off, bonnet isnt damaged, looks like steering is slightly fooked, new bumper, crash bar looks ok..... id be tempted to buy it back and fix it.

Yeah I know, I shouldn't have drove it and I did request to leave it at the garage for further fixing, but they wouldn't supply me with a courtesy car to go work etc.. Plus I thought it was just a thing which 'only' happened at start up so didn't think much of it and I do like my drives to the beach since the weather was lush.. But yeah in a way it is my fault for driving it..

It just wouldn't feel the same again I believe if I was to get it fix again and I was planning to put it up for sale since my last crash because I'm going into Uni.. It wasn't really that bad when you look at it, but there was severe suspension damage and needed a new driver shaft etc..
surly if the car was not fix correctly and you repeatedly took the car back to them you have a case to take them to court for indangering your life etc?

Yes. I know the seriousness of this matter, but also it was my fault to drive around in it knowing the fault.. Guess I was really unlucky.. I told my insurance company everything and hopefully they would pass it on to my solicitor which should have been supplied under my policy. What really baffled me is that when I phoned them up to check over the details of my car last week.. They said that my car is noted down as repairable?? and after much talk and phoning they then said that it was the garage who said its not repairable even though 'my insurance company' said it was.. The garage said it is economically unrepairable (severe passenger side suspension damage, cost to much to fix). Just waiting for my payout to come through now and still waiting to hear what is to be done..
