stereo light wire

Does the Mk2 ibiza have a wire going to the stereo to light it up only when the stereo is on. My new stereo stays on all the time and i was woundering if it does have one if it can be used for other things

theres normally a wire that will switch it off with ignition. did you hafta wire it all up individually or plug it straight in?

wired seperatly but i need that, i meant a wire that lights up the stereo when you turn the cars lights on
