Stoneacre |Peterborough

I have used Stoneacre in Peterborough, and have found them to be most helpful. Any probs on my Toledo have been sorted out under warranty with no questions asked.

But I am now looking for a dealer in the Leicester area, any recommendations?

I find Francis SEAT to be helpful and professional, so much so I travel to them rather than go to my local dealer who are the opposite in their approach to aftersales.......

Not to slag them off but i think that something has changed at the Stoneacres in Peterborough since the last post, they werent helpful, argued with me, told me i was wrong and then said i was too young (24) to be driving a TDi Sport. I think because they are independant dealers and not a main Seat dealer they should be missed. If you fancy a drive or are near to the north M25 i recommend Cheshunt Seat for quality of service.

Must admit their service department hasn't impressed me so far.....................

The parts dept seems spot on, ordered what i asked for, came when they said they would - and called me to tell me (as they said they would).

I didn't buy my car from Stoneacre Peterborough, brought it from TC Harrisons (bunch of cowboys!!!!!) but Stoneacre have been really helpful with sorting out problems very quickly!
