Strange noise in vacuum

Hi everybody, does any one have experience something like this? everytime i stop my engine (1.9 tdi 130 - ASZ) i have a noise that came form the vacuum module in the engine compartment that seems to be some circuit that is "beeing clean" and then stopped (it takes about 15/20 seconds after the engine stop).

I hope that somebody could explain me or give me a tips for what is happening.
