ok had a very intersting night
went out to fill up my car with 65pound of the finest v-power and come accross a elise 240bhp the new one had a dabble along mway and even though i had brad! and full tank he pulled only4 lenghts until high speeds...... i was spinning in 3rd which lost me a length or2 but i was inpressed that he could not drop me so i feel my car must be pushing some serious power as them elises are a light car......
i told himit was a diesel at the lights and he laughed as to say shgut up its a lcr so i dont think he believed me lol
but yeah good findings and brad one will secos this too as there bound to be some1 on here that thinks i am lying lol

ok went to amd today to get my map tweaked a bit because at2k in 6th it kept going into limp mode so i asked them to turn the boost up just a tad at 2k to stop it running so rich, i took it for a spin and now there is no smoke and no poke, it still beats a mini cooper s but its only running 1.6 bar and the power dies at 4k so now i have to go back monday for a new remap!!!not to inpressed but look what i picked up today they was brets (dolby)

ok on the way home from dk house tonight, i found the new focus rs to have a play with, now something very interesting happened we went side by side and had it and it was dead even, now myself and brad1 was thinking hhhmmmm he playing with us, but i think my efforts annoyed him so he tried again still could not pull away even up to higher speeds, so we went off the same junction, he floored it in front of me, and me lacking a LSD spun up in second and he pulled a length but that was all no difference at all.....i think the car is performing well and the cold/wet air on my fmic is helping out a great deal......
seats still sitting in my garage waiting to be fitted i have my sliders now and i am hoping dk will help me fot them in the coming weeks when he has time

Problem with those RS are they are very heavy so although he had the power advantage you had less weight although having brad in the seat next to you will slow down any car hahaha!
they are very heavy i think he was as surprised as me, i must admit though being 300bhp or not sean at amd said there pretty much the same as a remapped lcr running 280bhp so i happy with the car at the mement

ok small update i have booked a detail with jonjay for march time which should get my car looking like new..
also this little cool bad boy too........
its a usb and its splits at the waist so i can use it for my tuneage woop woop

oh i also bought a new rear ash tray due to mine being broken and after 3 years of owning the car its started to annoy me

i sold the carbon seats on as well to be honest i could not be bothered to fit them...i now have a lcr interior thanks to brad1 from the forum!! they were a little dirty but with couple hours of elbow grease they came up like new!!pics soon

ok well i have had a few bits purchased ofr my car one was a nice engine cover which is off a vw golf tdi but its going to be painted so ignore the vw badge and the dirt......
heres a pic of the engine bay clean....my ic pipes will be going anthracite to mate the engine cover and the strut brace and my wheels
then i was getting bored of my ride height so i bought some coilies....my mate has a leon tdi 110 and dropped his 100mm so ill be going about the same maybe a wee bit more.......
they will be going on this sat as i have annual leave......
