suggestions for TDi exhaust

i have a 1.9Tdi 08 DAB edition and would like to know what exhausts deliver the best pure quality sound with just the right amout of noise when i want to floor it but have a nice purr on normal driving this will help soo much

Well its a 1.9 diesel.. so no amount of exhaust is going to make it sound like 32 valve v8 screaming away at 9000rpm.

Custom exhaust builder should be able to make something to your requirements.

best off going custom mate. with the diesel's you ain't going to get the same sound that you have on a petrol but they don't sound to bad. i went for a custom turbo-back (turbo downpipe, decat to a straight through pipe) it cost £283. i'm going to be get the backbox removed to give it more sound but this is how it sounds now

Me and huby had a few cars done by theses now, as they are not pre built box's. So you get to decide the sound.

i have full turbo-back milltek system....sounds mint..but was more pricey than custom

Mines sounds pretty good when I give it some and when I'm idling it has a nice whistle to it.it sounds so much better with de cat defo worth doin

you bet! ...love just lifting throttle off when the turbo is spooling....

most people go for 2.5" piping, i went for that size too

If you know the piping size you would like, then I will recommend these guys:

They done alot of exhausts for me and my friends and I recommend them to everyone! Full mandrel bends and the welding is pure perfection. Just tell them Shaz with the blue integra reffered you

I agree with Knight85 as i also have the same Milltek system and I think it is one of the best sounding systems. Makes a real difference to the car with decat!
