just to keep the record straight. we told adam(envy cordoba) how much we wanted for car.he said he was interested but idn't give us a firm decision .we also told him that somebody else was interested but could not get down immediately.this person then paid a deposit into our paypal , but we were not aware of this at the time. .adam kept asking us if we could contact buyer and explain that somebody else wanted it more locally. he said that was fine but he would want recovery fee reimbursed which he said he had already paid . we asked adam if he was prepared to pay towards this and he agreed. we therefore refunded deposit and paid the priginal buyers recovery fee .we agreed 400 for car without coilovers and wheels , and 100 towards the origianl buyers recovery fee. again adam agreed to this. he then sent his dad down the next day and he said we not prepared to pay any more than 400.so the deal did not go ahead.adam then contacted us to ask how much we would want for car with coilovers left on. we told him 600 in total to inlcude the original recovery fee. he then said yes but told us he could not get all the money.
we then had another customer interested in car , but he wanted us to repair engine damage and put new mot on vehicle.we told adam about this but he still did not turn up with payment for car.
therefore we sold car to other customer , but obviously we will be repairing the damage.probably will be putting a 2.0 16 valve engine in car and remapping.may have to use a bigger supercharger.
obviously we will be selling ibiza for more money , but we will spending a lot more time and money on car.
we were prepared to sell car back to adam but he did not raise the money. he seems to forget we are running a business.
he also says we are building the cordoba into a demo car which is not true. a customer of ours wants us to turn it into a track day car.he has purchased a vr6 turbo engine and wants us to put that in.
in reply to a couple of posts we do not claim to be seat specialists and deal mainly with bmw performance and race cars, hence why we started original posting asking for details of car.
i was not going to bother with the pettiness of replying to adams messages but do not appreciate him lying about the situation.
in fairness if he wanted the supercharged ibiza why did he sell it to us in the first place.
hope this clears up the situation , but no doubt more slightly less than honest postings will follow .

firstly what a load of sh1t. i told him i would pay 400. then after finding out i had to pay for someone elses recovery why should i be out of pocket for someone elses recovery thats not my problem and who pays for recovery up front even before you have even seen a car you are ment to be buying personally i think he just wanted more money for the car.and yes i text him as he never answers the phone? and asking 600 pound for an ibiza that is blown up and when i sold it to him for 300 he trys and sells it back to me for double the price i sold it to him for with less bits how does that work?? he knows dam well why i sold it as i had no space for it so where was i ment to keep it? a buisnees yes but surley if you run a business you know what you are buying?? and as for your demo car. i did not say its your demo car for your company i refered to it as a seat cordoba demo car as thats what they where built for as demonstration cars for seat to take there customers round track on track days hence demo car. and why would you put a 2.0l in my old ibiza when its a 1.8 16v and thats what the car is built around and mapped for so why change the engine and charger surley it makes sense to put the same engine back in as im sure he wont be taking it wemberly area where toyotec is??? im not out to stirr it up but just getting my point out? and this person that app was buying the ibiza before me and put deposit and revovery down was off here so if it was happening why has he not said anything since? dont get me wrong dave is good with bmw this situation has been one big mess from the start. and to say i didnt have the money when my dad went down with it only to be told it was more???
