I fitted my Forge one today the OEM one it replaced was very restrictive as it entered the turbo, it says on the forge site about 5bhp dif I think?

time to add my 2p worth...

I've got a THS TIP ready to go in and I paid £110 delivered for the TIP and DBM inclusive of delivery. The quality is very good and the pipe is reinforced with wire as per the Forge TIP. Whilst at Awesome on Friday I had a look and feel of the Forge TIP and the quality of finish is better, but the pipe didn't feel any different when attempting to squash it. I'm glad I bought the THS TIP as I don't think the Forge is worth almost double.

Fitting a TIP aids turbo spool up by being less restrictive than the OEM TIP. Will you notice a difference? On a standard map probably a little more turbo noise and maybe a minor immprovement on acceleration. There will be a small gain of about 5bhp. On a mapped car is where I think the biggest gains come and you will get more of the same but to a higher level, probably a gain of 8-10bhp.

210 is a K03s 225 is a K04

and the inlets on the turbos are different so yes there is a difference

WTF??? We are talking about LCR's here yes? If so then 210 is NOT K03s it is K04 exactly the same as the 225.

Also, what makes people think the tIPs are different on the 210 and the 225?
