Well for a while ive been wanting to change the 2 pods in my car, going to replace the boost gauge with a electric stepper motor one and have been looking for a tacho RPM one {52mm one} just wondering if they are possible to fit into the leon? if so how and is there a specific one to get?

any help is very greatful!

Oil temp would be your best bet. I would say oil pressure but you already have a pressure sensor with warning built in.

I'm using the prosport stepper gauges, find them really good and the peak recall is handy.

i'm a big fan of the Depo racing ones, i find the build quality is great and they look super. was just wanting something different as with the rpm ones can set the shift light on in a smaller gauge, good for show to, just ive never seen someone do it on here so was just wondering if it is possible? and where does the oil temp plumb into?

Have a look on second page there's a pic of mine and a link to YouTube video, they can be set with warning light and buzzer

Oil pressure and oil temperature can be fitted to a sandwich plate between oil filter and engine, pretty easy job.

I expect there is some way of fitting a tacho it just seems a bit pointless when you have a rev counter already ... Just my opinion :cartman:

haha yeah, ive not long serviced the car so would be a pain to fit the sandwich plate haha, yeah i know what you mean but was thinking of something different. there is a few different ones ive seen but most are pointless haha, might just go with the oil temp then just fit it and wait til my next service to plumb it in
