UPDATE
I have finally sorted it out.
It was a combination of loose rear brake pads and loose calipers - both sides. Pads have been changed again (ATE -> TRW), although they were ok in term of usability and caliper set has been changed (sliders, rubber, pad wires) .
It is now as quiet as it has never been before.
It was a REAL struggle !!
