Been done to death, I'm sure, so sorry in advance.

I'm currently running winter tyres on my 18" Orion rims on my '10 FR CR170.

Now the weather is starting to warm up again (I wish!), and rather than removing the winter tyres and refitting the summer ones, I'm leaning more towards leaving the winter tyres on the Seat rims and getting a new set of rims for the summer/standard tyres.

Sifting through the forum it seems a lot of people favour the TD ProRace 1.2s.
Are these still the "de facto" standard?
Does anyone know what the essential difference is between these and the other ProRace rims?
Has anyone had any issues with the finish of them (I'm getting the blackversion)?
Are they still a good, reliable lightweight rim?
Are they available in the correct size and offset?
And of course, where's the best place to get them from, in terms of price and service?

TIA.

Bruce

Sorry I don't have any answers for you but I have to say good choice of rim! I think if i had the money at the moment I would certainly be going for that style in black too! Very lush rims :)

Hopefully somebody can help you out of fitments etc...

Size wise i think you need 18" et45 5x112pcd and i think vwracing keep them in stock also pdtuning do them for around £500 or just a bit more. These two company's know our cars well and will order the right size you need.

I am quite tempted by these for a summer wheel also.
