Right i have been looking for a Seat Leon 1.9 TDi Cupra/FR. I have mainly been checking the autotrader website, fish4cars.co.uk and the SEAT website and also Teletextcars.co.uk
Could anyone give me some usefull websites which could be good to find a car as i feel as though i am limiting my search by just using these.

Thanks in advance :)

Don't forget the good old fashioned dealers! Not just Seat, but car supermarkets and other manufacturers dealers too. Phone around places like Ford and Renault and see if they have any part-ex cars in stock.

I got my LCR from a Renault dealer :)

Also, some of the smaller one-man-band dealers are worth checking out. My local place like this, near Southampton, have an FR+ for £14k at the moment. Don't know what your budget is so don't know if that's too high or not?

Budget is £11K max mate, is a nightmare trying to find a decent car with low mileage!!! Dealers just don't seem to want to budge on the price.

Had the same problem as you back in early spring when i was looking for 1 . i had the same budget and there arnt very much under 11k with low miles . Being up in the North East of scotland :help: there were only 3 for sale within a 100mile radius!!. What i done was specified to the nearest Seat dealer what im looking for and i got My 53 plate leon cupra TDI with 31k for £10'600...which i was happy with:D .and your right he would not budge at all, all he said 'whats your choice' so i walked away and phoned him in a week , still only managed to get a years tax.

so maybe try specifying to a local dealer? best of luck :funk:

I had a similar problem, but my budget was only £10k!
In the end i travelled 100 miles to get the car i wanted, a 04 leon cupra tdi with 47k on the clock for £9600 from a SEAT main dealer. I was happy with the price considering there are not many leon cupra tdi's around for under £10k from SEAT dealers. Its quite high mileage for a 3 year old car but then again its not a problem on a derv if it has fsh.

Agreed with BCM, high mileage TDi's arnt a bad thing, they dont really run in until 100000 so I have heard....Service history is important!
