Teardrop Mirrors

Hello all!

I've just bought a 52 plate cupra with the older style rectangular wing mirrors but wanted to change these for the newer teardrop shaped ones. Just spoke to a Seat dealer who reckons it couldn't be done without cutting away at the brackets and stuff. Can anyone offer any advice on this?

Your dealer is wrong (but I guess you're not suprised)

Just unbolt the old unit & bolt on the new (connecting up the wiring block)

Ive priced up the same thing and was told by the dealer over 200 notes........each

I was told 80 plus vat per side, but then they also told me they wouldn't fit. I'm using 247spares.com to search for some

80 plus vat is probably for the shell and mirror, rather than the mirror base that bolts to teh car

im wanting the 54 plate model passatt highline ones with the indiacator in but not forking out that amout of cash on them, then i would smooth my wings
