Sorry mate I hadn't noticed the video, def not pcv valve.
Looking at that your not making any boost at all! Your only making atmospheric pressure.
You either have a problem with your turbo like the wastegate stuck fully open or something, if you had a leak anywhere the car would cough and splutter.
I'd also be checking that the turbo impeller turns freely.
Something a miss though.

I now have some fault codes!!! Somewhere to start this is what I got

still not had any luck on this sadly can't eve find anything else online to help me, i spoke to lvx racing and they said it may be boosting fine it just thinks its not so that then brings the fuel pressure down and then no boost then its just a circle, thats what i was told. trouble is I'm really not familiar with these engines and haven't worked on any apart from my own. really started to piss me off though haha. taking it somewhere friday but i have a feeling it will still be that same after.

Still haven't cracked the case on this one, all though I haven't really had time been so much on with working and Christmas, car is currently with my ex colleague he is intending on taking a look at it some point next week. If anyone could shed anymore insight I would be very grateful

Kinda want my car back :(

Hey Roddy, any more updates about the Leon? I don't think its the DV causing this or the PCV so you can cross those out... So at the moment there is no error lights on the dash right???

Few things I would check...
Check all Turbo pipes (make sure nothing is disconnected)
Wondering if the Intake manifold motor has gone...
Throttle body? but this would cause EPC light to come on but it can cause limp mode and no boost...
Throttle body pipe (there is a sensor on that have you checked? unplug and re-connect)
You should still get get boost even if the MAF is disconnected (aleast on mine)
Could it be the Map needs to be loaded again???

Thanks for your reply, I still have it at a friends at the moment and he is hoping to look at it some point in the week, I doubt it's something wrong with the map as surely it would still boost a little?

It also doesn't feel like a limp home mode
The car will proberly go 120 mph just take a very very long time to get there there is no speed limitation just serious lack in acceleration

I would like to see the problem myself being a TFSI driver :D

Ok car is not fixed but finally come to what is wrong with it, turns out the actuator rod/arm on the turbo has broke.

I have called tps and they have faxed over two copies of part diagrams for my car and the actuator is on neither.

I then called up Dave at sere motors to see if he could shed some light, it turns out that the actuator is part of the turbo.

I can't justify spending 500 quid on a turbo when there is nothing really wrong with the original, I have looked on eBay and there are some actuators for sale but then are from Latvia and for all I know they could be made of cheese.

I looked into seeing whether forge or a similar company make something that is uprated but it appears they don't, forge do make an actuator but only for the ko4 turbo which is annoying.

It may sound like a bodge but I think my plan is to remove the actuator and attempt to weld it back up and maybe strengthen it in some way.
I would like to know your thoughts on this.

Also has anyone had the same problem, as I have googled it and it doesn't seem to be a common failure what so ever.

Thanks Roddy

problem sorted finally, had some time today to look at it, i decided to weld the rod up as i couldn't justify spending 800quid on a new turbo, I also wasn't sure about the actacuators that were for sale on Ebay.

I broke the boost control valve in the process unfortunately so got a new one of those

actuator in place

after serval adjustment of the rod, the car is now running as it was!!
