Don't give up my friend, keep pushing until you get it fixed under warranty 👍
Yep I already know they hate me when I come in but it ends this year so got to be done.

Annoying thing about the dealer near me they’re so booked up it’s months before can get my car in. And when it is in they’re so unreliable and half assed never look into all the issues I raise.

Plus it’s so out of the way for me.

I’m gonna write a complaint to Seat financial services about my issues and see if I can apply pressure to get things sorted. As sick of going back and forth with them about same things every time.

Thankfully got emails to show that I’ve had some of these issues for like a year.

Keep the pressure on, they'll cave in eventually, they hate bad press

This was my issue, my warranty run out end of April, even though it was booked in a year ago to look at this issue, only to be told its a characteristic of the engine! I may try Seat uk.

I ordered the clips for now, I can't wait to get rid of the noise!

Definitely try Seat UK, even though your warranty has expired it should still be done FOC because you reported it whilst it was still in warranty

It’s less than a 5 minute job to fit the anti rattle clips, I used a small mirror to help me see at the back of the turbo
I'll try that when they arr

Which Seat email address is best to contact? Thank you mate, I'll try a mirror when they arrive.

I think that part of the trouble could be that all VW Group marques operating in UK have taken on the services of a "gatekeeper" company to check and filter all customer contact communications, and they will be getting paid by "performance" - and you can work out what that means to the customers.

Which warranty did you have?

I have Seat All in One service plan and warranty
On the terms of conditions document it says
[email protected]
For complaints

Then on this insure with seat

I recall I did start the process of writing a complaint in February after pure frustration of dealership handling of my concerns.
I sent to a seat insurance email address and was told the following:

Good morning,
Thank you for your email.

Unfortunately, we do not administer the All in Plan here in this office this is dealt with via Financial Services. You would need to contact them directly. I have attached the below contact details for them:

Phone – 0370 333 4446
Email [email protected]

So many different emails!

Email all three but wouldn’t surprise me if they all ended up in same inbox.

Im gonna get back to my complaint and write a lengthy detailed email.
Need to get this sorted and ball rolling before end of year when my warranty ends.

I’ll hold off from buying the clips now, to make a point to them that it’s recognised an issue not feature and there’s a solution, but good to know if all else fails.

I sent a email to my local Seat with videos and pictures of my issues, which have been looked at supposedly fixed under warranty, my warranty was 2 years seat used approved. Asking if I should go through them or Seat UK direct to get them looked at again, even though my warranty has just ended.
