To be honest I didn’t use them when fitting my Reiger Splitter. I only used the (22 I think) self tapping screws and some tiger seal and mine is still rock solid after over a year in place.

So I managed to make a nice crack in my Rieger splitter on a roadtrip up north, probably due to -25c temperatures making the plastic brittle @ a lowered car.

Anyway. One option would be to try a different splitter to mix things up. Has anyone tried fitting a splitter designed for the new Leon Cupra on the older ones? The overall design language is the same. If the width and angle under the bumper/grill are similar maybe it could work?

Absolute silence. I will try again.

Has anyone seen this splitter / bumper extension for sale anywhere or know what brand it is?
