So, a further conversation and everything's a little clearer. The heavy duty system is a dual friction clutch but with their own SMF - so it's an entire kit kind of thing. On further discussion Mick's going to provide a dual friction kit, but made up so that it will work with a normal DMF and provide a bit of headroom to provide a little bit more longevity. Chuffed!

If anyone does choose to use them I'd definitely recommend phoning them first (Mick is the technical director) and working out what's best for your needs, then putting the order through after!

No idea. With it being a one off build I suppose it's difficult to quantify exactly. I think the terms used in these situations is 'sufficient'. ;)

I'm not planning on 410lbs/ft though haha!

Bit of an update, had it all fitted yesterday along with some minor work on the brakes (new bleed nipple after the old one snapped). Obviously it's bedding in so I can't give it any real stick at the moment, but there's a big difference already. It's very positive but not so much so that being a daily driver is a chore. Mick warned me that there would be judder in first gear when pulling away, but it's so minor to be honest if he'd not told me I doubt I'd of noticed.

Really pleased, and hugely recommended. If you're considering a new clutch then I can happily vouch for CG Motorsport.

150 miles in and it's settling down nicely. Had a few brake issues sadly which ended up chucking brake fluid all over one of my alloys (it's a massacre, lacquer etched and all sorts, argh!). Still, sorted now bar a dodgy looking wheel. Really struggling with the temptation to plant it since the car is so much better off the line. I must have been throwing power away for ages with slip.
