I'd be tempted to do that and pay the difference to know its new stuff.

I bought a bumper of ebay ages ago, seemed fine on the pictures and was told it was in good nick, but on receipt of it it was completely FUBAR'd, swirl marks, scratches and knocks here there and everywhere. Not worth the trouble really.

i got quoted £250 ish from dealer for 2 skirts and all the fixings. I had a chat with this guy on ebay, I still think £170 is too much as they are not new and i dont think you get any fixings?

Holders of congresbury near bristol, i didnt quote for the skirts as im not doing those yet but everything else on that quide you looked at was <£5> so not too bad. i got quoted for all the parts required to do the facelift except bumpers, all the skirts and the parts with a #next to
that was:
4x arch liner extensions @ 2.31 - 9.24
Grille (dont know which) @ 27.86 - 27.86
4x Guide profiles @ 5.74 - 22.96
2x Fog lamp covers (grilles) @ 5.02 - 10.04
Grille (again dont know which) @ 26.05 - 26.05
2x Bolt covers @ 1.56 - 3.12
Towing eye cover @ 4.37 - 4.37
which is a total of £103.64/121.72 with VAT
that quide says the prices are £104.8

so not far off really

i dont know about the skirts tho, as i never asked as i dont have the funds to buy the fittings and the skirts as well at the same time, but when i order my fittings ill ask about the skirts

Well like i said before, i did ask about the skirts at 2 seat dealers and both came back with almost 250?

No pics? he will send you a phone pic??? on a phone pic I could get my gf's astra's skirts to look half good even though they are are scratched!!

My advice - never buy anything like this without seeing it in the flesh - pictures can hide too many things, and james tiger is about right - not being a cynic because 9 times out of ten you would be right!

£250 tops for brand new from dealer or £170 possible damaged second hand ones on ebay??? no brainer for me!

He doesn't have them on stock at the moment, but that's the cheapest place i know of.
I bought mine 3 yrs ago, and paid €40 each, nowaday's they cost €100 a piece at the stealers. Jackstand caps are not that expensive
