facelift only applied to the tdi's, fr and cupra 180's afaik

cupra R have always looked the same to me, apart from a few minor tweaks such as mirror shape

Yes it has the teardrop wing mirrors which were a ''facelift'' from the earlier 210 models!

Just got back from driving the LCR back from liverpool, where i picked it up from, and all i can say, is OH MY GOD!!! Ive had 2 Audi S3's previously, and thought nothing could match its poise and power, but i think im totally gobsmacked by the cars performance and handling, just wanted to let you all know the outcome, and also to say a great big thanks to you all for your continued help!!!!

Hope im a welcome member in future, and i even managed to get for 10k!!!! What a total bargain!!

glad you brought it up, as that was my next question, remap?? whats the deal??? Previously with my S3's i have used AMD in oxford, who i find exceptional, but the choice amongst most users on here seems to be Revo??? AMD provide a custom remap, but isnt the Revo a generic serial map??? Please do let me know your thoughts!!!

Mirrors were not a 225 facelift as has already been said on this forum 1 gazillion times
