Cambelt side one is easy not sure on the gearbox side one. It looks on the picture like the mount is just half of it which means the part that is joined to the engine isnt replaced, this is good lol because its a bitch lol.
Basically take the 2 10mm bolts out of the coolant reservoir take the 5mm allen bolt out of the steering reservoir and lift them both up. the mount is under there.
Support the engine with a jack and rubber block or something similar so as not to crack the sump.
There are 2 18mm bolts which hold the 2 sections of the mount together (the part that goes inside the rubber mount), then there is 2 13mm bolts on a black plate, I would undo both of these and get the plate out of the way before undoing the next ones as the last bolts will hold the mount steady while you undo the 13's, then there are 2 16mm bolts holding the mount to the body once they are undone the mount will come out and is a straight swap.
The 16mm and 18mm bolts are the stretch bolts and have a Nm and then angle torque (I can find this if you cant), I spoke to a few people who have changed quite a few of these cambelts and none have ever replaced the stretch bolts and I called a Seat dealer and they said they don't change them either. It would be best practice to change them and torque them correctly, personally I just did them up bloody tight though.
Also I did find that on one of the 18mm bolts the thread was damaged slightly when I removed it, which I cleaned up and it was ok. In all honesty it will probably be worth your while getting new bolts and done with, do them to the proper torque and job done.
