THS PCR pipe

just spotted this on the THS website

on the site it says it allows upto 20% more airflow, but i can't help noticing that the original pipe, although narrower, is taller, so theoretically if it was squashed down would be roughly the same size or is it just that the THS one more smoother internally?
i'm not looking for power gains, i'm just wanting to let the engine 'breathe' a bit better at the mo.
also would it cause any scrubbing on full lock albeit with standard wheels or larger and wider ones?

I've got one and it just touches on full lock......mines not a THS but looks excatly the same.

have you just got the SS pipe? if so where from? as iv'e just fitted a DV coldside kit and i don't need the larger silicone hose

Yeah the SS pipe there about £20-25 from America on ebay

You can actually get that and the top pipe that you already have in alloy [both pipes alloy].....and the silicon connectors for about £30 from USA

Just look under 'golf intercooler pipe'
