Toledo Water Leak

Had mine fixed by local garage with proper VAG butyl stuff.

Thing is... this morning the drivers side door sill is wet and puddly. Could it be coming from the leaky seal at the top of the door? I mean the foam seal that runs along the body of the car from the front by the wing mirror over and down to the back of the car?
I can see dribbles from the top that have come from behind the seal and run down the rubber aperture seal and looks to have caused puddles on the door sill.

Funny thing, I noticed this yesterday, the place under the driver's seat, or should I say, under the driver's feet, was wet. No water on the doors though.. I'll open them up to see if I can't find some hole or something leading to the floor.

Sorry, I should mention.
Ive noticed on mine that after it rains, when I open the front doors there is a pool of water at the bottom around the door seal.

Ive also noticed some water dripping in from behind the glovebox and the pollen filter is wet.

Would this fix be the same for mine to?

The pollen filter sounds like its cover hasn't been put back on properly.

I will give the door cards a go and see what happens.

I have checked the cover and can not find why the pollen filter is getting wet.

I'll have to give that a fresh glance when I can.
