If you are referring to the armrest then get a mk4 golf one, I got mine from a breakers yard. Theres guides on here and other sites on how to fit it, bit fiddly but nothing too difficult.

I think A3/A4 ones which are squarer are the same as the ones actually fitted to Leons so you can go with that if you want. Yeah some of the ebay ones are a bit cheap looking but some are quite good, come as a kit with all the bolts and that required etc.
