Just read this, does sound a bit too much like a track test and thats it - ABS might be a pain on a track but on the road it's there to do a job ...

Not the best review and still doesnt help me decide ... bollox!

Argghhhh !! Help me.... its one hard car to replace - shall I keep the young car feel or go old man ...

anyway, for those with the mag - the fold out bit of the new Cayenne turbo - check out the size of those front capilers ! They bend round the disk.

They have road tested the Cupra in the UK, should be in the magazine this week.

It will be on the webby Friday.

They appear to have removed the Leon Cupra from the 'First Test coming soon' section now. Who knows what's going on. Perhaps they are waiting until it's been in the magazine before they put it on their website.

I've bought loads of mag over last month. was quite intrested to see how the CTR got on. I think is really easy to write a review on something like a new CTR because it had such a hardcore following last time that they know its going to be a winner.

My LCR has just turned 3 in January so i've been considering changing it, its been a great car not one problem. Its just went past the 40k mark. And to be honest i think i might keep it another year till thw VW Scirocco comes out and have a look at that.

As for the new CUPRA im not a fan, I seen it at eXcel in london nice brakes horrible over the top branding on the seats, that kind of thing should be kept for Saxo's and C2's this is a 19500k car we're looking for quality not cheap natty branding all over the place. The CTR's interior looks like a place you want to sit, the outsides ok too but i still wouldnt buy it due being so akward to live with. 4000rpm at 70mph! it won't be cheap to run either.

SO...

I just going to go to REVO get a remap maybe a new set of wheels and try and stay out of VW garages till next year.

Once SEAT get back on the ball with their car design then maybe i buy SEAT in the future!
