torque for DBM

the big screw that holds the lot together
does it have a torque setting or do you tighten it till it stops ??

It has a torque setting which is about 12ft-lbs.

It's not on that one, that ones are the mounting bolts

got mine off badger 5

just with it being a sort of preasure bolt i thought the tighter you get it the stiffer it would be right ??

The large bolt is a compression bolt and really needs some squashing to get the threads to bite.
When i did mine i only could find 11ft/lbs stated?
When you rebush existing mount use a g clamp to compress bushes to allow an easier start for bolt

ive put it on already but we didnt know the torque settings
the steering wheels shakes but i dont feel no differance in drivability

How did you torque the mounting bolts if you couldn't torque the compression bolt?

Also if you add the settings for the main bolt Dave added above

20 lb/ft for the bolt that goes through the bushes holding the mount together.

You should be set.
