torque sequence for head bolts?

does anyone have a haynes manual as i have not and need to know what the torque is on the head bolts (lbs or newton meters) and what the sequence is for doin them bk up?

if any1 could hep wiv this info would be great as tryin to get my car bk on the road for the weekend.
