Torque setings and manuals

does anyone happen to know the torque setting for the manifold, turbo to mani and turbo to downpipe I have misplaced my manual
is there anywhere I can download a manual from

the nuts on the mani are only small don't want to cross thread them.

start them by hand and you wont cross thread.. never use power tool on to start a bolt

I meen like when you tighten them and you go to far and the nut just starts to spin round
