Oh thanks guys, anybody else remember what theres looked liked? It does look as if it came out of the factory like it but i would just expect them both to be straight, unless of course its compensating for the fuel tank or fuel filler as such things.

:D Finally fittted my towbar after having to send the original one back and get a replacement due to one of the arms being bent.

Im a bit dissapointed the rack makes the bike sit so low. In the picture above i tried to level the bike out, i can make the rear wheel go much higher but the front wheel then sits dangerously low to the ground and this is even with my forks travel u turned right up. So what ive decided to do is have the rear wheel as high as possible and leave the forks at the 140mm setting, remove the front wheel and put it in the rear footwell. A bit annoying really but its better than having the risk of catching the front wheel, ideally i would like the more expensive racks but ive got no where to put one, this one folds up and goes nicely in the boot.

Ive got a spare rear number plate so im going to look at getting a holder for it so i can strap it on the rear somehow, its seriously blocking the number plate

Thanks for all the help guys, it was so much easier yerterday putting the bike on the back.

The springs that push the paws out on my hope hub have broken, Hope are sending out some new ones today so hopefully they will arrive then the ride will definitely be on.

Hi,

Im looking for a towbar for my 06 Ibiza FR, just wondering if you had to drill a hole in your bumper to fit yours Russ_20vt ?

Also how visible is it when the arm is detatched?

Ohh and lastly where did you buy it from ?

Thanks mate
