Ive bought 60-63mm clamps for the 63mm pipework, it appears they will be way to tight to fit the pipework,

What size should I get, as ive wound the clamps right off and they are too tight with only 1 turn of thread in situ?

Not wanting to be a dunce...

Has anyone had any issues with using 63mm pipework (hotside) into a 57mm Intercooler? Its not enough of a difference to cause restriction is it??

As we all know the Toyos only do the 57mm in/outlets.

Can anyone help me with pics of a toyosports fmic fitted on a tdi pd130 please? I have a tdii kit and a couple of my pieces just have to be in the right place, but I'm strugling to pipe from the end of the U shaped piece on the fmic output to the long elbow with the map sensor in it which has a silicone elbow onto the EGR valve. I have the core running left to right, the opposite direction to a 1.8t.

I started a thread, hopefully it can serve as a guide to someone in the future
