Tracking

hi all, the tracking is out on my car so i went to the local garage to get it done and the chap who was doing it couldn't. he said it was all seized up what would have seized up? is this expensive?$$$$$ any tips?

rod ends & track rods will have seized up,

soak in WD40, or get some heat on it.

Yeh they took ages "unseizing" mine.

get in about it with some heat from a blow torch and then some WD40

yeah ok. looks like a busy saturday! how much is it usually to do tracking? ive asked two garages, one was £25 the other £29.

They had to heat mine up all the time! So I got fed up because not all garages would do that, so replaced with new ones and lubed them up well!

me and the old man done it, the ats garage i went to couldnt care at all. doubt i will go back there to get the tracking done! to$$ers
