mine did exactly the same when i got a stage1 revo, my educated guess is that the traction control system is not designed for the extra power the re map gives you, so i think it goes into some sort of standby mode or safe mode. when i took my car to stage 2 (a less agressive remap) the problem never happened again.
i just used to turn off the engine and back on again whilst moving...problem solved haha

Traction control has nothing to do with how much power you have, that's plain ridiculous. All that it cares about is the throttle position and how fast each of the wheels are turning. If both rear wheels are turning at 50rpm, the front left wheel is turning at 250rpm and the front right wheel is turning at 4000rpm, then something is obviously wrong.

It doesn't matter whether you have 100hp or 1000hp. Traction control will cut the power if it detects wheel slip, it doesn't turn into a dynamometer, read how much horsepower your car is putting down and then disable itself if it's too much.

Not flooring it in 1st and 2nd gear will probably solve the issue then.

Probably the most sensible advice so far.

bn serious the TCS light should only cut in when its working an not stay on as my manual says if this happens the ABS is isolated too.
My biza did this in the snow last year due to exessive wheelspin after getting stuck in the snow
