Traffic Sign Recognition / HBA - possible via OBD11 in 2024?

Hello Guys, I'm fresh owner of Seat Leon FR and of course i want add some features that are possible to code in that car. I'm aware that some functions requires installed hardware and after that we can do some adaptation.

I already coded some basic stuff like AA Wireless, Fix primary user loading circle and change behavior of acceleration pedal.

Now i thinking about enabling High Beam Assist and Traffic Sign Recognition.

TSR: I found guide (LINK) for enabling TSR but for Leon MK3, from what i see in theory i meet requirements for that, like Sat nav, Lane assist and camera on windshield.
Also in control units i saw these functions available to change but i know that some functions requires SWAP / FEC codes and i have no idea if these codes are still required when i have access to all options in adaptation ?

I saw also one thread where one user asked about same thing but post is 2 years old, maybe now it's possible?

HBA: In theory we need just change on option in module 09:
-Module 09 Central Electrics
-Adaptation
-Fernlicht_assistent
-Menuesteuerung Fernlichtassistent -> set to Present

Anybody tried i recent time to check if it's possible? Also if SWAP / FEC codes are required, how/who can obtain that for me?

In Service menu i have empty list under installed/available SWAP/ FEC codes
