The trim around my speakers (standard) makes noise when the system is any louder than about 1/2 way due to the parts rattling together,
is there a quick and easy (or at least inexpensive) method to reduce/eliminate the noise short of removing bits of panel and exposing the speakers which i don't fancy doing because i don't trust my passengers to be careful enough not to put feet/heels through the cones.

No, it's crept on over time (5500 miles to date) i suspect it's somewhat down to the shocking state of the roads round here shaking the panels loose.
it's ok most of the time, just when i turn it up when i want to clear my head i can hear the speaker grills giving it some. Which is annoying as I know the speakers can easily handle full volume and +6 on the bass EQ :)

Cheers mt, looks like some sealant around the joins will be my first point of call.
