Was thinking about a diffuser off a cupra R and fancied getting a new exhaust Milltek or BCS cat back for my cupra I just fitted the Triple R composite front splitter yesterday and I was happy with the product and service............I'll keep watching this space.

Looking at all the replies and pictures, does the diffuser come with the section where the number plate is fitted? or is it just the bottom half, if so it doesn't look like a lot of modding would be needed to get it to fit the BTCC.

sorry gents, cant be arsed trolling the entire thread... cost of the TRC diffuser ?

and yes, Hubbly Bubbly has been making these in SA for quite a while now so i was quite dissapointed to see essentially the same design.... would have expected something a bit more than this.

Well i contacted Triple R about the state of the diffuser.

They have responded and said that it shouldn't be like that.

They are having the one i have collected and sending out a replacement.

Good after sales service.

Hi Rich

I'm in the same boat as you, got mine yesterday and there's a big chip which is really noticable scuff marks that arent coming off it, what looks like a small crack near one of the Fins. Disappointed with it :/ how long did it take for your replacement to come as I have asked them for a replacement and sent my images over to them

I think Rich has his collected and returned within a week. Sure it wasn't very long anyway.

Thanks Dan, I've been in contact with Triple R and said I'd like a replacement as there's a big eye catching chip which I was going to cover with the Plate but its too far to the right to do that.

Basically Triple R have said they will smooth down the mould as they all have imperfections, which for the money as people have said is bad, don't expect perfection as I know its a mould but at the same time should be better than what it is / what I and others have received.

Only a few Photo's and they don't do it justice, there's a lot more of them on there just my phone was dying taking the pictures :(

Yeah that is terrible. How could they let that go out to a customer?

Mines pretty good compared to others I've seen.

That's what I thought mate, gutted as been waiting like a kid a christmas lol but there's that many indents, scuffs, chips and the crack not even attempted to put it on the car as it'll just look an arse xD

Complained mate and got offered the option of me finding a body shop to rub it down and spray it as long as it doesn't cost huge amounts they would reimburse me, but I work most days and its going to be difficult to do that, or to have the mould smoothed out and a new diffuser made so wait another 2 weeks...... More annoyed as its come to me in the state it has when its a Christmas Present off the Misses :/ and ill have waited 4 weeks in total if i request a new one.

Going to ask them to see if it can be done and shipped within a week and ask for some discount grr

another problem is they don't seem to have any stock

they make to order... which makes our wait times a week+

Exactly mate been told another 2 weeks which is really annoying and frustrating as it should have been sent out perfect the first time, the front splitter though seems like they can get it out fairly quickly when I've asked but I'm not going to order one and hand over the £100 until the Diffuser is sorted :/

Why would you let a product leave you in such poor condition, word gets out and can quickly hurt your business.

+1 on that mate it shouldn't happen,I'm glad I canceled my order for the Deffuser now as after seeing all the bad fitting images and hit and miss quality I knew that I'd be unhappy with it.

So now I'm getting the rear valance sprayed gloss black for £50 from the company who have done my wheel refurb.

Cheers Mate, well after a bit of chasing via Text because the response time over Facebook Messenger was like 3-4 days :/.

They have smoothed down the Mould of the Diffuser to sort out the Pitting and Lumps of Paint/Heating Agent and remade me one which was due to be dispatched Yesterday but ended up being missed.... Contacted them last night and was told it will be dispatched Today for Delivery on Friday and that it should'nt have any of the prior issues *Fingers Crossed*.

Going to request a tracking number from them Shortly and I'll Post back once I receive it whether its good or bad :)

If its bad though think I'll get a refund as I really cannot be bothered with all the Chasing and Slow communication, especially if its on one that should now be near perfect with the Mould being smoothed.
