Tuning Box Advice - Any Long term reviews?

Hi,

Just wondering who has used tunning boxes on their Ibiza's (i'm considering a TDI-Tuning box for my 2.0 TDI).

Anyone that can provide a review would be appreciated.

(How long/many miles use for, performance, MPG and any issues developed or noticed)

The only advice I can seem to get on here is "get a proper remap". Which is less than helpful. But unfortunately it's not a popular choice in the SEAT group.

The people that do have a DTUK box seem to be quite pleased though

What tuning box you looking at. Ive had the DTUK CRD-T on my FR for a couple months now covering just over few thousand miles. Good increase in pull espescially in 3rd and 4th but has other maps on there to adjust where in the range the power sets in. As for mpg didnt notice it drinking fuel any worse than normal, but then again im not the most economically minded driver most of the time one thing i will say. If you adjust the power to +2 on map 3 and boot it you WILL get an engine fault light (glow plug symbol flashing) below this though its fun and a good laugh/ usefull to have on. you will also have to adjust the speeds at which you shift gears. Have just took mine off to get rid of it as im moving to 2 wheels but it shall be missed! Hope this has helped a bit at least.

One thing i shouldve mentioned, that light only came on after a particularly hard and long drive, and came off as soon as i switched the box down
