The DSG is much more heat sensitive than the turbo on these cars. Been looking around and it seems there is no issue with this engine as long as you use 507.00 oil. Some older VWs definitely have a problem, the old 1.8T was notorious for carbon and sludge.

I'd be very happy if any of these cars had a run-on oil pump, I'd think that it will just be the electric water pump. Now if there really was an oil run-on pump, it could be used to prime the system before initial engine start, that would be nice to have in my world.
