turbo hoses

hi im looking to change my turbo hoses to silicone ones, was just wondering where is the best (cheapest) place to get them from and are they easy to fit or should i get them fitted at a garage.
By the way its an LCR

were abouts do you live mate? AmD will sort you out in Essex

AmD will do mail order if not try Badger 5 or Forge motorsport, or have a look on Ebay at the "THS" ones.
They are all pretty easy to fit so you should be Ok fitting them yourself.

yh ive bin lookin at the THS ones are they any good or is it better to go with something like forge or samco?

Some say the THS one are better than the Forge but I'v not tryed them so I cant coment, There prices are pretty good though.
