turbo mesh

Hi people does anyone no if i can take my pipe of to the turbo and just have it meshed.My mate has it on a starlet but not sure if it is safe to do so on a lcr

What about the air mass meter and all the pipes onto the inlet pipe

Also mesh is going to offer naff all filtration

Take it you mean like a bell mouth on the throttle body? As said unfortunatly these cars use MAF sensors aswell as MAP. On my old 2 stoke bike i took filter off and used a pair of tights to filter and it sounded like a V8 LOL, got bored after a hour once my ears were bleeding, so changed the jet again and put old filter on.

When did i mention puting it on the throttle body? A bell mouth is what is used on N/A cars using a throttle body setup

Ive seen some open and some have a guaze in to filter.
