You need an exteral wastegate!there not illegal!all it is,is a pipe that bypasses the turbo and gose directly into the exhust!that internal, and external 1 dosen t go into the exhust, and is basic an exhust its self for when theres to much boost and it bypass the turbo!

You don't need an external wastegate -- I had a seperated decat pipe on my Glanza (essentially a screamer that doesn't vent to atmosphere but enters the exhaust further from the internal wastegate)

You get seperated decat pipes which do vent to atmosphere (aka screamers) for cars with internal wastegates although I'm not to sure if there are people making them for ibizas.

The benefit is by seperating the 2 merging gas flows (exhaust/wastegate) you don't get a turbulent "stagnation" of hot gas right at the exit of the turbo, meaning slightly better spool when on/off throttle and hopefully less stress on the turbo as your're reducing the heat concentrated at that point.

Here's a picture of a seperated decat pipe with screamer.

Is it external gating in open vent pipe (screamer) OR something like

Try getting your internal wg to pipe up to be an external one on a k0x turbo - I dont see how you would easily do this (or in fact why you would want to-unless setting fire to the underside of your car appeals)
