if its improved with the oem dv back on im wondering if youve a boost leak and when thats added to the small loss from the valve its enough of a leak to create over fueling..

that said it means nothing whilst the fuelings out down to sensor issues. need to get the car running 100% before adding any more mods mate

I'm pretty sure the manual is wrong when installing the turbosmart. It says to have the trumpet mounted upwards but if you look at how the stock valve is fitted, it has the brass valve inside pointing towards into the TIP. On the manual, it says the exhaust is the bottom hose, but it isn't, thats the TIP (boost). The exhaust hose goes into the side of the valve.

Just fitted it with horn up, I had taken it apart and did the maintenance procedure, spring is good length, regreased it, and turned it 360 degrees twice from fully hard. Also shortened the length of the vacuum hose. It's dumping alot better than before! Must have done something right! Was virtually silent this way before when revved from idle. Doesn't need to be turned much to get a decent sound. Think I had it too soft last time

i dint think it was the valve that caused this a lot of the problem your having. as said in other threads on some cars its worked and some it hasnt. mine seems to be fine. the only prob people have had is if there running very high boost pressure. but it has been mentioned in the past these engines just dont like the loud bovs.
i did run mine the other way and it sounded pants 5 mins later turned it back sounded loads better.
