Has anyone noticed a slight increase in fuel consumption? I seem to be getting much lower average mpg since fitting this. Before I averaged 27 now it's more like 25 mpg.

You will get that with any atmospheric valve yes, due to running slightly rich when the valve vents to atmosphere. I reduced my decreasing load fuel settings slightly to compensate for this slightly rich condition, seems to work. I'm running a 100% atmospheric Bailey DV26 BTW.

Lol That's pretty damn interesting!!

There doesn't seem to be any pattern to what DV can be used, I've been running my Turbosmart for 3 months and not a single fault/light has come up, but some people put it on and it limps straight away??

Strange....

when you say slightly run rich, will this cause any problems else where e.g. cat problems and i don't mind using a couple of extra mpg for the noise :D

How often should you refurbish the turbosmart

How did you change the fuel settings? I am wasting too much fuel and money for my liking.

If I wanted to put it in full recirc, is it a simple case of removing the trumpet and screwing the blanking plate on or is there more to it?
