only at low revs it sounds a little similar the difference with this valve is it is a blow off valve not recirc its only recirc wiht the horn taken off and the cap screwed on.
it doesnt sound as tricky as it makes out. mine didnt stall on hard or soft . i started off in the middle think there was 6 full rotations and noticed it didnt hold to much on full throttle felt like it was letting off early so i turned it twice to harder then the sound and throttle felt better and sounded better. but it all depends on what your running.
the tsshh does sound good, idealy the best way to set up any engine mod is on a rolling road or by a prof as changing things can change the mix, but hardly anyone does it as there easy to fit.
 
i never had a prob with this valve so i can only go on mine but if you read the other bits of this thread you will see that people have had problems and others havent fingers crossed you shouldnt.
 
When i fitted mine i just put it on took it for a drive boot it in 2nd upto about 4k then just on the clutch wait for the revs to fall if it stalls tighten it a bit more if the revs fall back to normal then its ok...

takes a bit of time had to do a bit of fine tuning but worth it...
 
thats what i thought it hasn't made any difference to me either just strange why its doing it tho i got to get my boost gauge and see if the boost is still ok
 
what's the GFB like same here i like the turbosmart not loud when normal driving but really nice nice when going through the gears :D
