guys,

would adding a 2nd intercooler (off a Cupra R) make any difference to a 180bhp auq Cupra?

or is it a waste of money?

also, what sort of gain would be achieved if any?

thanks

wanna try and be discreet hence the wing mounted option.
also, would adding a fmic mean removing bumper etc for access?

£250? is that just for the kit or fitted?

what sort of gains are there bhp wise?

£250 would be a universal self fit...

I think you'll get like 12 bhp on a stage 1/2 map, but you'll get much stronger boost... and much more torque

(I don't actually have one, I am just going by what I've read on other threads)

You need to remove the bumper.

There on point to this I have tried!!!!
1. on a cupra R the inlet manifold faces the other direction.
2. in a cupra R the way the turbo feeds into the intercoolers runs differantly to the cupra

It would be about £250,00 for the 2 intercoolers and the pipe that conects them.
Than you could ether go buying the part of pipeing for the cupra R and a inlet manifold or a lot of fabrecation.

I went as far as I got the the 2 intercoolers (and thanks to a friend for nothing),and stop
here after working the above out.

About the the agains it depends on how it is tuned and the weather the cooler and less pipe work the better. that why most people i know went to FMIC.
