It seems that 18's are finally starting to drop in price.

Anyone in the Worcestershire area would probably find it useful to contact Exhausts, Tyres and Batteries on Hylton Road. Called them today after i found the threads showing on the inside edge of of my front GSD3's. Was expecting anything up to about £150 each.............my quote, £110 each fitted! Extremely chuffed with that. Beat Blackcircles fitted price by about 30 quid!:D

Thats not bad, but can still be had cheaper - sorry!

Whenever I have looked at the Blackcircles website I think its just a sponsored rob up.

I agree with Reg. Black circle always seem expensive to me for tyres even when they did a 10% discount i could get tyres fitted local cheaper. Mytyres is the only internet site i go by for tyre price comparisons.

That's a pretty good 'one man band' price if fitting is included, but as said, you can find them cheaper. Just remember that with some of the web based tyre shops, you need to pay for fitting and balancing on top of the price of tyres, so do your sums before ordering :)

I always shop around online to find the best prices, then go to my mate at Peak Performance at Llandow who has always beaten them for me :D My last purchase was a full set of Dunlop SP Sport Maxx 225/40/ZR18 92Y XL... best online price was £112 from Mytyres, got the whole lot fitted & balanced in Llandow for only £396.

Excellent tyres so far, easily as good as the GSD3's and they've out lasted them too... been on for almost 7k miles and still have about 4mm of tread left on the fronts... the GSD3's would be thread bare by now!

I've been able to get GSD3's fitted etc for £97.00 about 6 months ago - hopefully I can get them for less now.

18"s are becoming the most common size now, especially for aftermkt, so that should help the price drop.

I recommend [SNIP]
Got four Brabaus 17's for 247 quid fitted. Had a good rating on the website and so far been quite hard wearing and handle well in the wet.

Their prices for the popular 18"s are very high though!
