tyre dressing

just wondered what people use ???

i have been using spray ones but seem to be buying them every other week , did notice that the car washers around me use one that applied with a brush , but cant seem to find any in the shops apart from cans

any help

i use some turtle wax gel stuff. lasts longer than most stuff i've used. its about £7 from halfords

i use either Meguiars endurance tyre gel, or Chemical guys new look trim gel, with the latter being my favourite as it last that bit longer than the other.

I use Megs Endurance gel but always find it half way up my doors after the first drive (regardless of the amount I put on)!

What do you guys use to apply it?

i use a foam aplicator pad...

You can even cut up an yellow sponge and use that

I tried Endurance once and found it just doesn't set or absorb, so it flings as you say. CG New Look Trim Gel is the nuts, without a doubt.

try giving the tyres a quick buff afterwards to remove any excess

For sure, I still don't find that Endurance stays on the tyre being wiped down!

i use the autoglym stuff and put it on with a brush so it dosent spray all over the car

I used amor all tyre foam for years, it's a spray foam which as it desperses it cleans the tyres up leaving them looking a black and a bit shiny.

About a £5 from halfords.
