Mine went off on the way home today. Rear was at 25psi. The others at 30psi.

Which reminds me.

Can anyone tell me the correct pressures ( full load and with driver only ) for the optional 225/40 R18 tyres please ?

The fuel filler flap only advises me for 17" tyres. .

My flap lists the 18s as 32F & 29R. It's a 2ltr 150 soot chucker.

I think it rides better with 30 in the rears.

Sent from my piece of shite iPhone - according to Muz.

Many thanks for the speedy reply.
I'll try them at that, although mine might be slightly different with less weight over the front wheels. . .

Reading with interest on this post. As a newbie and still learning the car (had for a couple of weeks now) is the tyre pressure monitoring system automatically on or do I need to switch it on and where is it if I do?

Also I have a Leon Fr 150 with optional 225/40 R18 tyres so do I go with the advice above for pressures, based on mainly one adult, occasionally two adults and a Staffie?!!
Thanks for advice.

Should be on automatically.

If if you to CAR menu then settings there should be one for tyres and you can see the info and calibrate it in there.
