Tyre width

Ive just bought some comps off a mate

They are fitted with 205/45/16 tyres but the tyres need replacing

Will 195/45/16 be ok to use on them?

Only reason is i can get set of 4 tyres "195" about £100 cheaper than "205"

whats the width of the wheel ie, 7 or 7.5
